Skangass opens the valve
Skangass, operator of the liquefaction plant, will open the inlet valve for natural gas to the plant in the end of this week and the LNG production will start shortly thereafter.
All pre tests have been according to plan, says Technical Director Kenneth Olsen, and we are confident that we will have a smooth and stable start of live production.
Initial running of the plant will be in adjustment modus where the process will be fine tuned over the coming days.
